I enjoy Cafe Espresso very much! It is refreshing to stumble across a good americano, and that is what this place has to offer!

They have good drinks as well as other varieties and teas. Quality is on point and it's easy access. They have a few of these around the area and they are all drive thru's. I'm pretty sure this is a locally owned coffee shop which makes me love it even more.

Great local shop, love it! Check it whether you're a local or a visitor to the SLC area.

we stopped by here on sunday for the first time in over a year. caffe expresso is my favorite coffee place in salt lake but the location on 9th & 11th is my go to since they're typically always consistently good with their drinks & service. the last time i came to this location was last summer & my drink was not very good which is why i tend to avoid it, but since we were closer we came here & it was pretty good!

it was last sunday around 4:00 pm, the lines were short & the service was good. we both ordered the granita- the best drink here. i added vanilla to mine & my husband added lavender to his. we always add an extra shot of espresso as well. the drinks were great & the price is always fair. the 9th & 11th is still my go-to, but this spot isn't too shabby. i've only been to these two, not the one on highland drive yet!

Not impressed with customer service lately.  Last time I came I ordered a 16 oz quad iced americano and asked for light cream (gave them a tablespoon and asked them to measure for me) and  it was not a quad shot and it tasted like milk. (They didn't measure my cream...other places do that no prob.) This time they were chatting it up and didn't get my order until I was past the door and the girl couldn't bother to come all the way out to me. She just leaned out the door and I almost didn't even notice her. I gave my order (same as above) and then a guy came out to see if I had given my order. Just not a very buttoned up location. My coffee was GOOD this time, so yay! The 11th and 9th location is always on target and the people there are sooooo nice! In addition to good coffee, it's about the experience...am I right?

Really good white mocha & espresso but could definitely work on their customer service.

Do not go here unless you want watered down coffee and burnt and/or shocked espresso shots. Every time you go here, your drink will be made differently. Very inconsistent. The coffee used to taste great, but they are under new management, and it's very clear that they have started to cut corners to save money.  Don't waste your money or time here, you're better off going a few blocks away to Bjorn's Brew or the Raw Bean.
